The resolite T5 is the newest digital control gear of “resoswitch”. This system reduces the energy costs of your lighting system up to 45%. The clip-on mechanism of the resolite T5-ECG enables an easy, cheap and fast retooling of your T8 lamps with conventional ballast to the newest and most efficient T5-lamp technology. You will neither have to buy new luminaires, nor you will face any drop-out time of your lighting system during the retooling process. Sustainability means to us making sure that the lamp reaches maximum durability, even under extreme environmental conditions. The ENEC-certification by VDE certifies the high product quality of the ECG "resolite T5"
The "resolite T5"-ECG comprises all features of a high quality ECG: - End- of- life: the lamp is switched off automatically at its end of life.
- A microcontroller controls the preheating of both filaments - it is possible to start the lamp more than 400.000 times.
- Cut off - the filaments are only heated before the ignition of the lamp.
- Electromagentic compatibility (EMC) without modification of the luminaire (if needed, there will be established a certificate for the special type of luminaire)
- 50.000 hours lifetime of the ECG at an ambient air temperature of 55°C. (100.000 hours lifetime at a "normal" condition of ambient air temperature)
- The active PFC (power factor correction) and a wide line voltage range between 200 VAC and 250 VAC makes it possible to operate resolite T5 28W/35W in luminaires, which are compensated in series by a capacitor.
- The lamp current is controlled by a microcontroller to compensate the tolerances of the electrical components.
- No one way solution - the lamp can be replaced very easily.
